At Hagah Beads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted meditation beads. If your strand breaks within the first year of gentle use, please send us the beads and we will restring them for you.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
There are no refunds for Hagah Beads
However,
if your product is faulty upon delivery, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange process. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping costs to return the item is the responsibility of the customer. Once repaired or exchanged, Hagah Beads will ship them back to the customer.
Custom Orders
There are no options at this time for Custom Orders, however, if that changes we will let you know.
Please note that should custom orders become available, they would be final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will work closely with our customers to ensure that their custom orders meet their exact specifications and requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about a custom order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Large Orders
Shipping is based on one product per order. If you wish to purchase more than 5 strands at once, please contact Hagah Beads to discuss a fulfillment schedule and shipping details.
