The STORY
Hagah Beads evolved out of a desire and need to have something physical to hold on to while engaging the Living Letters. Distraction was often a problem, but focus was strengthened when a strong visual image or something tangible was held. Thus, Prayer beads, or Meditation beads evolved. The combination of engaging with the Living Letters and holding something physical involved the body, soul and spirit and strengthened connection and concentration.
Another desire was for a method of tracking progress through the Aleph Bet over time as well as engaging with the unique tasks of the mystical letters of the Ghah and Shin Gadol. So a method of movement was developed that could travel along the Living Letters which included the hidden letters.. A few test products were made and valuable feedback was provided.
And then, of course, it had to be beautiful!
Caring for Hagah Beads
These Mediation beads are not Jewelry, but they are made in a similar way. Therefore, please treat them gently, not only in honour of the Living Letters themselves but because the Ghah and the Shin Gadol are designed to move along the beads to enable you to keep track of where you left off. Rough movement may cause them to wear out.
These Beads are not designed to wear against the skin for long periods of time. Body oils and can cause the letters to fade. Best efforts have been made to use long lasting products for the Living Letters.

Aleph Bet Reference Card
The Aleph Bed Reference Card includes the Modern Letter, an image of the Paleo letter and the meanings associated with that letter. It also includes the gematria of each letter
Tracking Sheet
The practice of engaging the Living Letters into our DNA takes time. It can also be hard to remember where you last left off and need to begin. This is a simple tracking sheet you can download and copy to document your progress.

Filling the whole Cube with the Living Letters inside our inner being requires multiple repetitions of the same practice but beginning with a different letter of the Aleph Bet. A tracking sheet is very helpful. completing the whole Cube which is three dimensional requires 24 repetitions of the same basic grid beginning with each consecutive letter of the Aleph Bet.
